A. Each party shall present one (1) original at the time of filing. Briefs not exceeding fifteen (15) pages in length shall be prepared, served and filed as provided by Rules 8.706 and 8.204 of the California Rules of Court, except that briefs of five pages or less may omit the topical index and table of authorities required by Rule 8.205.
