Proposed orders submitted without a cover letter showing they were sent to the opposing party are treated as ex parte communications and will not be read by the judge.

Proposed order submissions must include the cover letter and motion in PDF format and the proposed order in Word format without preset templates or fillable forms, or the order will be rejected if it cannot be electronically signed.

For unheard matters, CourtMap only accepts proposed orders on motions to compel mandatory disclosure, motions to withdraw (with signed client consent), motions for substitution of counsel, final judgments of paternity with MSA and parenting plan, and agreed orders.

Motions for continuance, default, and contempt may not be submitted to the Court via CourtMap.

Proposed ex parte orders are accepted only for properly filed ex parte motions to compel discovery.

Orders to withdraw require opposing counsel's agreement plus a cover letter and the client's signed consent attached to the motion; if not agreed, the motion must be set on the 5-minute motion calendar.

An order to withdraw must contain the client's complete contact information, including current address, telephone, and email address.

The division email address may only be used for portal purposes and not for general email communication.
