Orders must not be submitted more than once; submissions remain in pending status until entered or rejected by the Court.

The movant must e-file the notice of hearing, indicating the name of the person the hearing was coordinated with and the date the motion was e-filed; a notice of hearing is not automatically generated despite email notifications.

Motions in limine, motions for summary judgment, motions for attorney's fees and costs, and motions to continue jury trial may not be heard on the 5-minute motion calendar.

Parties must not contact chambers to confirm motion calendar hearings; confirmation is done via the courtMAP docket tab or the Clerk of Courts website.

All motions must be filed with the Clerk of Courts before requesting a Special Set hearing.

Only the scheduling party may cancel a motion calendar hearing, and must e-file a notice of cancellation and cancel the hearing on courtMAP.

If parties reach agreement before the hearing, an agreed order may be uploaded on CourtMAP, and chambers must be notified by email with all parties copied.

E-filing with the Clerk's Office does not automatically set a matter on the motion calendar; CourtMap must be used separately to set hearings or submit orders for review and approval.

The Notice for Trial must be e-filed with the Clerk's office.

After e-filing the Notice for Trial, a courtesy copy must be faxed to chambers at 305-349-7093.

The Notice for Trial must indicate whether the case has been mediated.

The service list must include email addresses for all parties to the case to ensure proper delivery of the Trial Order via CourtMap.
