For hearings set for Zoom appearance, parties must contact the Judicial Assistant at (305) 679-1742 to obtain the Zoom Meeting ID.

Documents to be e-served to the General Magistrate's office must be sent to 11thfcgm15@jud11.flcourts.org.

All communications to the Court must include the opposing party or their attorney and any other necessary parties such as a Guardian Ad Litem or Assistant State Attorney.

Parties are prohibited from contacting the General Magistrate or the magistrate's staff to discuss the facts of the case.

The General Magistrate's assistant may only be contacted to discuss scheduling matters.

Discrepancies in an entered Recommended Order must be raised by filing the appropriate motion with the Circuit Court Judge rather than contacting the magistrate.

All matters to be heard by the court must be filed with the Clerk of Court and a copy must be submitted to the other side or their attorney.

An Order of Referral to the General Magistrate must be entered before a motion can be set for hearing before the General Magistrate.

Parties have 10 days to object to the Order of Referral to the General Magistrate.

Motions sent directly to the General Magistrate without a proper referral will not be considered or set for hearing.
