  • A successful bidder may move to confirm a sale at least 10 days after the report is filed; otherwise, a confirmation motion may be filed at least 20 days afterward.

  • A response to objections may be filed within five days after the objections are filed.

  • The judgment creditor must call the Master Commissioner’s Office to schedule discovery, then by the close of the second business day file the notice with the Clerk and deliver a file-stamped copy and the required fee to the Master Commissioner.

**Mitch Perry** is the published judge for Division Three (3) of the Jefferson Circuit Court. **Motion hour:** Mondays: Criminal 9:30 am, Civil 9:45 am, Business Court 10:00 am - All criminal matters, including motion hour, must be conducted in person. - For civil and Business Court matters the Court strongly encourages in-person attendance but offers a remote option case by case; all substantive hearings must be conducted in person. - Business Court motions are to be noticed for the Business Court Motion Hour at 10:00 am.
