Civil cases

Parties must provide the court one courtesy hard copy of motions, responses, and pertinent supporting documents no later than seven working days before the hearing.

A litigant electronically filing a pleading, motion, brief, appendix, or proposed order must include an electronic courtesy copy of each document with the filing.

When a litigant electronically files any pleading, motion, brief, appendices, or proposed order, the filing litigant must include electronic courtesy copies of the said document(s) to this court.

A party electronically filing a document longer than 20 pages, including appendices, briefs, and attachments, must provide the court one courtesy paper copy of the entire document within three days.

Any party that electronically files a document containing more than twenty (20) pages (including appendices, briefs and/or attachments) SHALL PROVIDE the Court with a courtesy paper copy of the entire document within three days of the electronic filing.

All parties and counsel appearing before the 205th District Court shall provide the Court with a courtesy copy of any electronic filing that requires a hearing or other court action.

Civil cases

A courtesy copy of the motion for default judgment or default order must be provided to the Court.

Finally, the parties and their counsel must comply with this Court’s Standing Order on E-Filing procedures, which includes providing a courtesy copy of the motion for default judgment or default order to the Court.
