Trial exhibits must be numbered to correspond to the Pretrial Order, and documentary or photographic exhibits must be organized in a binder or notebook complying with Oklahoma Supreme Court Rule 1.33.
All trial exhibits must be pre-marked by number, and the numbers must correlate with the numbers on the Pretrial Order. All documentary/photographic exhibits must be in a binder or notebook in compliance with Oklahoma Supreme rules for Appeals (Rule 1.33).
